Changes for the 2021 Subaru Outback

After last year’s redesign, the 2021 Subaru Outback moves forward with a few minor tweaks. All trims now come standard with LED steering responsive headlights and a rear seat reminder. What hasn’t changed are your options for power – a standard 182-hp 2.5-liter or optional 260-hp turbocharged 2.4-liter SUBARU BOXER® engine.

Safety Comes First

The 2021 Subaru Outback fields several state-of-the-art safety features, from blind-spot detection and automatic pre-collision braking to a system that actively monitors and warns drivers of drowsy or distracted driving. Subaru’s symmetrical AWD system features X-MODE, designed to provide maximum traction under challenging driving conditions.

Awards and Accolades

Last year’s Subaru Outback has plenty of awards to its name, including the highest possible rating for front crash prevention from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
